Prefacing this to say that I'd been only once previously and it was at the Macklind location...at least a decade ago. Not that I... didn't like it, I just somehow forgot about them. I was tickled to learn about their Creve Coeur location, it's extremelyconvenient for me. Parking is adequate. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I like the Big Italian (hot salami + pepperoni)on the garlic cheese bread. Let's not talk calories, but I've been twice in as many weeks. Unfortunately will not be ordering from here anymore. The food itself tastes good but almost everytime I have ordered something... went wrong. The final straw was today when they didnt put my sandwich in the bag for our group order and when I drove back topick it up I tried complaining about it to the employees and they didnt say anything minus one of them laughing at me about it.I dont know what is so funny about having terrible service. I ended up just taking the soggy cold sandwich. Would be willing toorder again if they can hire compitent workers but until then I am avoiding this place. Read more
