Nice place. Currently you can only go to drive-thru.
Says it closes at 11pm but they were closed at 10:28pm when we went there. Drove out our way to go here and they weren?t even... open. Very disappointing! Read more
I asked for a quart of regular butter pecan ice cream, but was given the old fashioned kind that is brownish and was really... disappointed when I got home. When I called to straightened out the issue, I was hung up on and told they were too busy toaddress my concerns...not a happy camper. You lost a long time customer today in Crofton... Baskin-Robbins. 6:30 am, I drive up to this store that is staffed only to have them say the baskin robbins side was not staffed yet. Seriously?... A staff in store, I'm the only car, zero customers, and no one in the store can make a $7.62 shake? Not very efficientmanagement. Not very thoughtful customer service. Read more
