Places a delivery order on the website and waited 45 minutes. Called to check on the order and was told the delivery driver was... a no call no show so they only had one driver who was currently out on a different delivery. I asked for an estimate and theysaid 10-15 minutes until the driver comes to the store to get my order. I ended up just driving there and picking it up myselfthrough the drive through. I should have collected on my own delivery fee. I understand if there's a no call no show situation,however my order had my name and email and phone number and yet there was no communication or anything done to rectify thesituation other than me paying extra to retrieve my own order.
