I was in there today and noticed a big change! The place is clean, the crew is friendly and new and the food is fresh! Which... tells me that the stop is under new management! This was a great sight to see! The last crew was rude, nasty, disrespectful toeach other and the customers and made me not want to eat there. But, today I took a chance and I am glad I did. I noticed thatit has a lot of bad reviews back to back in the past few days. I'm sure this has a lot to do with the change and some peoplecan't handle the right change. I didn't feel that the new manager was racist, rude or disrespectful. She had a bright smileand treated me as well as others with the upmost respect ( putting her customer first). To the new manager and your crew! Keepyour head up and keep serving your customers with that beautiful smile and vibrant attitude and this store is going to take off.Cleaning out the old and bringing in the new was great for this store! This was absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had at any restaurant. Our order was estimated to take 38-43 minutes to... complete and ended up taking over an hour and half. I got to the restaurant about 40 minutes after placing our order. Then,while waiting in the restaurant for our food, I watched other people?s orders also taking longer than expected, being told theirorder will be next and then another person?s order was lost after they told her over and over it would only be a few moreminutes. Then, when other rightfully frustrated customers started asking for refunds instead of their food, those customers werebeing told the restaurant wouldn?t do refunds. This led to an argument between the manager and an employee, who was wrongfullybeing told to play as the manager. That employee was literally fired in front of everyone which only added to the frustration ofall the customers inside the restaurant. It was at that point that the lady who was actually the manager come forward and beginrefunding customers who wanted a refund. The employees behind the counter were trying their best to help the people waiting.Unfortunately this was an overwhelmed restaurant that was poorly managed and couldn?t keep up with the demand. If I didn?t havea pregnant wife who was craving wingstop, I would have left at the first red flag. Do better Wingstop. I don?t think I?ll evercome back to this restaurant when there are many other competitors out there that can provide a better service. The worst experience I have had at any place ever. We place a order online and get it delivered and its the wrong order. I'm... upset but mistakes happen. I call to get things fixed. I kid you not the phone rung for 20mins then someone just hung up. So Itake the food back up there myself and they apologize and get the right order fixed. That's it I ask? Yes that's it our managerdoesn't come in until 4pm. Really! So I will have to pay for this even the door dash delivery even though I had to come pick itup? Yup he replies. Terrible service. I placed an order and when I got to the store to pick it up, I wasn't greeted and to top it off my order... wasn't even started. Customer service needs to be better. Overheard several curse words while waiting for my food to be cooked.This place displays zero professionalism.
