Had a wonderful evening with a beautiful young lady. Had the chicken bourbon wings with a few adult beverages. The service was... excellent. The wings were perfect and the beer was good and cold. Read more

Don't really understand how this place has a 4.3 rating. Ordered a large pizza with 6 toppings, cheeseburger and loaded potato... skins for almost $60. We regret that investment. The pizza was alright, nothing special at best. It wasn't terrible just notgreat. To be fair, nowhere around here really has actual good pizza. I'd give it a 5.9 out of 10 as No crunch or proper cook. The cheese burger had zero flavor and tasted burnt. Dry and not juicy. If you cant cook a well done burger and it still bejuicy, just dont offer it on the menu. Five Guys cooks all of their burgers well done and they taste great so there's no excuse.Small amount of fries as if they were and after thought. The fries were OK and don't stand out at all. Id give the burger agenerous 4 out of 10. Finally, the $12 loaded skins were bland and had no taste. You would think with melted cheddar and baconplus adding sour cream there would be a flavor burst. I suspect cheap ingredients or kitchen staff that doesn't know how/want tomaximize this menu item. I'd give the ski s a 5 out of 10. The staff was very friendly and that's why I'm not giving 2 stars.Overall the experience felt like a waste of almost $60. Noone should charge that for cheap bar food. This place seems to haveserious potential but I just didn't experience it today. I'm all about small business so I'm hoping great things for this placebut I don't believe I'll return. Good luck and I hope this gets taken in a constructive manner, just being honest with myexperience. Read more

We are new to Tennessee so I looked up Best Wings in Crossville and this one came up. We went for a late lunch and I?m so glad... we found this place! First off the appearance when you walk through the door is that it was very clean and nicely decorated. Sat in the bar area and was pretty impressed with the friendliness of the bartender. She was very helpful and even gave us asample of the Kickin Bourbon wing sauce. Best sauce ever! We asked for extra crispy wings and they came out perfect. So gladwe stopped here, it definitely won?t be our last time!!!! Read more

The folks there were very personable and pleasant to be around. Service was outstanding and attentive despite them being short... staffed and very busy. The food was excellent. A wonderful experience start to finish and we would gladly visit again andrecommend checking them out. P.S. Disregard the reviews from Karen Ceuninck and ?Marco Polo?. That party arrived after us. Iwitnessed the entitled Karen rudely approach the manager saying they?d been waiting for 20 minutes (we had only been there 10minutes at that point so that was a lie). The manager kindly explained they were short staffed due to a family emergency andwould be with them soon. They then stormed off and wrote two rude reviews because they weren?t given special treatment. Karen,if this is how you act, please don?t go out to eat. Make your own meals at home and save the lovely folks who serve our mealsthe trouble of your ill demeanor. Read more

Went two nights in a row. First night we waited an hour and a half to get our food, it was just ok. Went second night thinking... that maybe they were just busy the night before and we would give them a second chance. We were seated outside for 20 minutesand never saw a waitress to even get a drink. Went up to the bar and asked the owner if there was a waitress for us to get adrink, his response was (and not in a nice tone )? we will get to you when we can?! Total jerk!!! We left and won?t go back. They are very over priced also! Read more
