Coming from a customer service sector myself it’s as easy as 1,2, & 3, but SAMURAI in CROTON HUDSON, NY fails to comprehend... that! I get lunch here every once and awhile and the young “Hostess” who sits right at the door “working” fails to usebasic human skills like saying “Hi, How are you?, & thank you for coming”! All she does is stare at her phone like thereisn’t life beyond her screen. When she does lift her face from the screen she’s either ditzy, rude, and or gives off RACISTvibes, as if she doesn’t know how to act around DIFFERENT CULTURES. At the end of the day your chefs save your reputation withgreat food because your “Service Representatives” aren’t allowing me to pass 1 Star for this establishment! Read more
My family was there and I was sad I couldn't make it. So I thought maybe I could call in and suprise them by offering to pay it... online. I am so glad they helped me and took the payment online.
