I went to this location tonight and asked for an ice cream cone in a cup, because I live 15 minutes away and I didn't want it to... melt in the car. The girl on the speaker said okay. However, when I got home it was just a cup of ice cream with no cone. Wecalled the location and the employee said that it is against policy to put an ice cream cone in a cup. So they just didn't do itand didn't tell me. The only way to get a replacement is to drive the 15 minutes back and 15 minutes back home or nothing atall. Cannot do anything other than today. This ice cream cone was for my pregnant fiance who was only craving a dairy Queen icecream cone. We come in there twice a week pretty much every week and spend roughly $20 each time and you have officially lostour business over a $1 ice cream cone. You really need to look into your customer service practices because as an HRprofessional of 20 plus years that is unacceptable. Read more
