Not great food or service. Menu not same as online. Sloppy on details like forgot chicken on salad, did not remove unwanted... items from sandwich, food cold. Plus $6 for bottled beer. No thanks. Read more
Golf course in great condition. Fairway are pristine. Ruffs are 4 - 5 inches long.....you can't see your ball. Hills are... challenging, par 3's are long. Would recommend. Beautiful mountain scenery. Nats were crazy in your face, bring bug spray. Read more
Went there for the C'ville restaurant night. The choice of the menu was just ok and the New York strip was so...wow...it was... like cutting rubber and chewing gummies. So sad for a $40 dinner. Beautiful golf course though. Read more
We had a wonderful brunch this morning. The food especially the gravy and biscuits was very good. Our server was friendly... and efficient. We saw some great looking sandwiches being served as well. Although, we ate inside the view from the terrace is very pleasant so when we return and we definitely will, we will eat outside. We looking forward to their daily happy hour. It sounds great! I had the pleasure of having a wine pairing dinner for Virginia Wine Month tonight. Each pairing was phenomenal. The Prosecco... and amuse-bouche at the start we?re light and pleasant. The Viognier with oysters as the second course were my favorite pairing.I got citrus notes from the Viognier which added great depth to the oysters. The merlot paired with the local beef tenderloin was delectable. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The beef was served with carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes. Finally the desert wasa chocolate chess pie paired with a port. The pie was rich and the depth of the port made a perfect finish to a terrific meal. Ilearned a great deal about wine form the host. Four courses and four glasses of wine. Overall, a delightful experience and amust for wine and food lovers. Read more
