As said multiple times delivery time is a joke. The manager has no clue what she?s doing. Ordered two pizzas and opted to pay... cash and she transferred the delivery to Doordash since they only had one driver at the time. Thankfully for Pizza Hut a randomDoorDash driver didn?t make off with their money as a newly clocked in driver brought it to me two hours later. Only reason I?mleaving this review is because 1. I called four times and was ignored every time 2. The delivery driver happily suggested Ileave a review and complain as it was their last weekend with the company and she agreed with Gave them a (hopefully) nice tipfor that advice Hire more drivers and stop blindly outsourcing your deliveries to third party companies that can?t be heldaccountable Read more
I understand all pizza huts are just bad. But this one is especially horrific. They consistently mess up orders or even on... occasion don?t deliver it at all. You?re lucky if anyone answers the phone. If you?re craving Pizza Hut, because god knows thisisn?t your go to pizza place, just don?t. Read more
Good experience, good food, friendly employees
Everyone posting here is exactly right: timely delivery is a MAJOR problem with this Pizza Hut. I ordered pizza for my son's... birthday, and I called when it was already an hour late. The person I spoke to said it was GrubHub's fault, even though I hadrequested that Pizza Hut deliver it. She said numerous times that she wished her driver (a single driver?) were back to do thedelivery. What made this all the more infuriating was that they never bothered to call to say the order would be delayed. Icanceled the order 3 hours after placing it. (I placed this order 2 hours early to be sure it would arrive on time. So much forplanning ahead :/ I may order from Pizza Hut again, but NEVER this one!! Read more
