What a great restaurant! The food was superb and the staff was amazing. It was like watching a performance of an expertly... trained symphony orchestra with people coming and going with fellow staff members helping each other out in a very fluid,efficient and gracefull way. "JJ" was our server and she did a wonderful job explaining the specials and recommending a nicewine to pair with our meal. Our new favorite restaurant for special occassions... it's ALLGOOD! This grouper was about 2 inches thick, pan fried over a bed of potatoes. Service is excellent. Oh of course the wine, plenty to... choose from. Hubby and I have been wanting to visit for a good while now. JJ was our server tonight, and she was fantastic! Knowledgeable... with the specials, perfect wine pairing, friendly and helpful! I decided on one of the specials tonight, New York strip seasonedwith a pepperoncini sauce. It was so tender and The taste... I fell in love at first bite! The red potatoes and collard greenswere so flavourful as well! To top off an amazing dinner, I couldn't pass up the no flour Chocolate Cake. Another taste budexplosion! Hats off to Aaron, owner and head chef! You sir, have outdone yourself! It is refreshing to find a gem of a placelike this in a growing town. Not a chain, franchise, or corporate owned restaurant.
