This is a very nice store for a small town! The employees are all very friendly. They have a nice variety of stuff throughout... the store and it's always neat and clean in there. Some of their prices are a little higher than you'd find at one of the bigbox grocery stores, but by the time you factor in what it costs you to drive to one of the many different big box grocery storesplus your time I think it pretty much evens itself out in the end! So convenient! We love Thompson's deli, bakery and fresh meat- very high quality with quick lunch options, too. They carry Gile... and Shullsburg cheeses, and even have some organic items which I appreciate. Their ads actually have some really good deals! Can't beat having a store in town. Read more
I love having a small grocery store in the area. They carry many of the same items the big box stores carry, plus they carry... unique items that other stores don't. Love the Deli, Bakery and they have a Butcher. I can get just what I need and I don'thave to buy large amounts. Read more
Easy to spot on east side of Main St. Ample parking. In store fresh bakery, offering fresh baked donuts daily. Hot coffee,... cappuccino available for purchase also. Fresh meat counter also offering stuffed pork chops, stuffed chicken breasts, baconwrapped asparagus, and stuffed mushrooms, all perfect for grilling season. Recently added $1 aisle to rival those "dollar"stores! Great sales. Sign up for their Loyalty Rewards card, text savings, email savings and check out their website for evenmore great stuff.
