I just have to say the past few times we've gone here the entire experience and food has gone down and down each time. The first... time here was great - pizza, beer, and service were awesome. That was at least 2 years ago though. The most recent time here (2weeks ago) was not great. The service was poor (but the servers themselves were very nice) and very impersonal with the new wayof ordered on your phone. I don't even know the name of the server as he didn't tell us. We had our 4 year old and baby with usand sat outside. The patio is great and the music was awesome! The beer was okay, not bad but nothing amazing. The food wassubpar... mostly due to the fact that the food was forgotten, got cold, attempted to be reheated, and then was gross. Mydaughter said the pizza was disgusting and she was right, I couldn't eat more than one bite. It was NOT like their old pizza,which used to be so good. My husband said his pulled pork was okay but was cold in some bites and lukewarm otherwise. Hiscornbread was dry and inedible. AFTER we paid on the app and decided to just call it a night to go home and feed our now veryhungry and grumpy child, the server admitted it was his error and he'd forgotten our pizza and sandwich. He didn't admit hismistake (which I understand happens) until after my child said the cheese pizza was disgusting. I'd already paid and he didn'tappear to know what to do. He ended up giving us a few free beer cards that are essentially useless because we probably won't becoming back. I emailed them 11 days ago about our poor experience and no one has contacted me back in that time. All we wouldhave liked was a refund on the pizza and sandwich meal. A good sized interior with several rooms and plenty of table seating. They brew their own beers but I have been following a zero... alcohol diet so did not sample any. Sampling of individual beers is readily available though. Staff was attentive andfriendly. Menu shows a good variety of items available. The Chicken wings were delicious with a good number of flavors and dipsavailable. My son goes here regularly for the gaming availability. This was my first visit and I will likely be back. I did usethe rest room. Everything is modern, no touch and very sanitary. It was a hot summer day but the interior was comfortablycool. I highly recommend giving it a try. Read more
Faklandia is always a great experience! They have delicious appetizers and entree options, and plenty of unique styles of beer... to try. I personally love their selections of fruity and sour beers the best. The cocktails are good as well. They had livemusic both inside and outdoors this most recent time we went which was a nice surprise. They also sell Pokémon cards here and Ilove to browse what they have. Read more
I attended a patio party and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and were very accommodating. The food was... fantastic. The beer was also fantastic. I highly recommend trying their seasonal Pineapple Ale as it is not overly sweet as Ifind a ton of fruit beers to be. Well done everyone. Thanks for a wonderful first night out with my new baby :). Unfortunately the quality and service dramatically dropped after switching to ordering from the app. Not only do you not get... service, so you might as well door dash elsewhere. But when we ordered 2 medium rare, or "pink" burgers, we got one pink withraw bacon and one burnt with burnt bacon. The cheese curds were so overcooked that the were like an awkward dry gum. Anothertime we went there, the mozzarella sticks didn't have any cheese in them from sitting in the frier too long. When we told themabout the problem with the order last time, they just grabbed the food and walked away. They said if it wasn't good, they wouldget rid of it but never replaced it... The app ordering has removed all of the responsibility on the waiting staff and servicehas dropped to an all time low... It's really sad to see because we used to go there weekly and referred it to a bunch ofpeople and now myself and them have all had similar experiences.
