Food is always great and fresh while wait times aren't bad
Everything we ate here was phenomenal. What we wanted was a soup and sandwich but they ran out of soup. I think they make their... own potato chips and they are the best chips I've ever eaten. And don't forget if you go across the tracks to their other storethey got the Frozen Ready meals all kinds of pecan stuff and other things. Read more
What else is there to say, Mmm, Mmm. Good variety of salads and finger licking sandwiches. Let's not forget to mention the... different desserts. I told my wife just tell them you want one of each ????. At least I tried, to my surprise, my wife pickedout a cheese cake that melted in your mouth. When I travel, I try to stay off of the highways and take the path less traveled and I always look for the one-off places to... eat, you never know when you will find a gem and we sure found a gem as we were on our way to the coast. The food wassurprisingly good. I had the Italian sandwich, the special that day. From the description I thought it would be good, but I wassurprised by how good it was, it was very flavorful. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be there at a lot. Read more

The food is always great here and that's almost always a line for people trying to order. I haven't had anything bad here.... Sometimes it can be hard to read the menu or figure out what you want since there are a lot of options. I do have a couple ofissues going here though. They never have enough of their daily special so it's quite often I have to have two things picked outin case they ran out of the special by the time I get to the register. Sometimes they'll run out before it's even 12. I didn'tknow until my recent visit that they stopped breakfast at 1030 along with coffee. It doesn't say that on their breakfast menuboard, so once again, I had to have a section option. Their flavored tea is great but also runs out quickly. I do have a hardtime coming here when they're open because of their hours, and the hours of my job. I wish they were open on the weekends sincethere is hardly anything decent open in Cuero on the weekends, *especially* on Sundays. It's always busy here so it's not a goodplace to go if you need a quiet place to eat. Read more
