First time trying this place. I got the Reuben with German potato salad and a cup of beer cheese soup. The potato salad should... have stayed in Germany. It was potato with bacon, not a little to no mayo. It may be authentic I've never had German potatosalad. Nothing against it just not for me. Beer cheese soup was good and the Reuben was delicious. The quality was kinda good, but the quantity was just not great. Obviously trying to cut costs by giving you less. The "pepper... salad" was actually just a dipping sauce cup with some slaw in it ...how you could call this a salad is absurd. You pay upfrontwhen you order, standing in line like a cafeteria, and on the receipt it asks for a tip - before you've even received anyservice. Only to find out that there is no service. They drop the food off, but you have to fill your own drinks at the drinkmachine, you get up and get anything you need ...so what service did I tip for??? Did the servers get the tip, or does the ownerput it in his pocket? But the kicker is that an hour after we ate there, my wife began vomiting - violently and repeatedly. Andthe next day I had terrible gut pain and had to run to the toilet 2 times. I keeled over in absolute pain while at work. Maybethis was just a one time fluke, but it's important not to make people sick, ever. We had lunch here the other day and were surprised. The interior was well done and clean. They had a couple of side rooms that... looked like they could be sectioned off for an event. The bar is large but also looked inviting. My first visit here and had tolook over the menu a few minutes to decide. We had the ?hot topic? which is a spicy chicken wrap. It was surprisingly good. Sandwiches are good and they are very filling. Rueben is quite good and muffuletta is pretty good. Main downsides are prices and... the ridiculously awful potato salad. Can?t believe they are serving it. Read more
