This little place is a hidden gem. It's not the fastest place but the food is certainly worth the wait. Fried pickles and the... onion straws are excellent. The catfish is very good as well. Highly recommend you to give this place a try. Fries are very goodas well and the grilled chicken sandwich is unreal. Read more
We were driving through and wanted BBQ, I had the brisket sandwich with fries and my girlfriend had the pulled chicken with... fries, we also had the cornbread with apple butter as a appetizer. The brisket was nice and tender, without bbq sauce on it hada good flavor just a little to salty for my liking. I was told the chicken was tender and moist but the bread they use on thesandwiches was great (not sure what it was). The cornbread wasn't dry and had a good taste. I recommend stopping by, just don'tpeek into the the window (apparently it happens daily since it's low light inside) makes you look special. The waitress wastelling us how it happens daily. We ordered 5 steak and cheese sub for dinner spend like close to $70 and we didn't like at all, you can bearly see the steaks,... to much mayo. Two of the plate it was ok with fries but other three very less a lot less than the other plates. We will notorder it again for sure and this not steak and cheese sub. Read more
Cute atmosphere. Quiet and small interior. Portions weren't really reflective of the price. I ordered a steak and cheese sub... and could barely even see the steak. One guest in the party ordered a pulled pork platter with a decent amount of food butbarely any sauce. Who doesn't sauce up bbq???!!! Asked the server for additional sauce and it was brought out in single servecups containing maybe an ounce each. Completely inadequate. All in all, food tasted decent but would not visit again.
