I usually always come here for take out because my daughter loves their pizza. Today was horrible! Made my phone order and they... got it wrong and expected me to pay $23.00 when I order a kids pizza. I then had to wait additional 15 minutes for them to makemy pizza; was told I would get a complementary apple juice for my inconvenience. They order came without the drink and the totaltime I had to wait was over 50 min for this little pizza. The manager Luis and two other staff members were trash. Never goingback there again! Today I tried California Pizza Kitchen?s Shrimp Scampi Pizza which is really good. So the first time I have at California Pizza... Kitchen was the Mushroom Pepperoni Sausage Pizza which is really good because on the menu it was there Popular Pizza. And todayI enjoy the Shrimp Scampi Pizza which is Spicy, Lemony, and good pizza. Pizza is sure changing so much that they Dough to makePizza but now they have alternative Pizza Dough like Cauliflower Crust & now Chickpea Crust. So this is a good place to eat somegood Pizza!! Came in on a Sunday around 7pm ish... There was plenty of parking when we arrived. waited less than 20 min to be seated. I have... to start with applauding the customer service!!! A+ in my Book. from the appetizers we ordered the avocado Egg rolls (must try)its sooo yummy. Sorry we didn't take pic. Of them but triste me when I tell you they are delicious. As main dishes we got theChicken Tequila Fettuccine, Chicken Picatta. Fettuccine Alfredo. And 3 personal pepperoni pizzas. Everything was amazing.Highly recommend everything. I came here tonight before an event and the service was the worst ever. I was seated and there i sat for about 10 minutes with... no acknowledgment of any kind. I went to the ladies room and came back, and I?m assuming the manager asked if i was ok. I saidyes i just wanted a drink and haven?t been serviced. A waiter comes almost instantly and tries to make it look good and asks formy ID then leaves. Another 10-12 mins go by. I get the bill before i get my drink and i have to track the waiter down for mycard once i get my drink and finish it. This visit was a little less than an hr and i am saddened by the service i received. Italmost felt like an intentional ignore, masked by being ?busy?. Do not recommend going here. Read more
