Very cute hidden spot in between a residential area. There is seating in the front of the shop. You walk in to a little deli... order your food (via a piece of paper you fill in)and head out the back door to the most tranquil place to grab a quick bite.You have two waterfalls(making it sound so peaceful that you don?t want to leave) one of the waterfalls have coy fish and aturtle. There is lots of shaded seating, a swinging char that easily fits two and plants every where. Showed up on a Tuesday at11:50 wasn?t too crowded got Melanzane sandwich by 12:15. The bread was good but nothing to it and barley had any eggplant init. Leaving by 12:30 it had gotten way more crowded inside. Loved this place. A little oasis in Culver City. Phenomenal sandwiches, fresh cookies, and other deli items. Ordering sandwiches... is a bit challenging the first time (you fill out a paper card with your exact order and leave it in a tray). You can choosefrom their variety of named sandwiches, wraps, and subs or customize your own creations. They get really busy so be aware.Street parking can be a difficult. Used to be my go-to for sandwiches in the Culver area but it's really gone downhill over the past couple years. Their system for... checking out customers at the cash register is pretty disorganized but this has always been the case. Honestly, this would be okif their sandwich quality hadn't declined so much. There was barely any meat on my most recent order which you can see on myphoto. Pretty disappointing for a place I used to visit just about every week and loved telling people about. Read more
