This was by far one of my best experiences dining. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the porterhouse and my boyfriend... the tomahawk. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. The potatoes and asparagus were also very enjoyable. Had no room for dessert,but they looked very good. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful, charming and quaint. The service was friendly andaccommodating. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Wonderful experience and will definitely return. Read more
Came here for our folks' 61st anniversary...when we walked in, it smelled delicious, reminded me of my grandmothers... kitchen...the food did not disappoint! Even the bread was delicious! My parents really enjoyed it. Thank you so much! Read more
This is another downtown Cumberland gem. Great setting and great food. Attentive, but friendly service make this a relaxing but... upscale experience. One of the first people I met when I entered is part of the family that runs the place. I had a chickendish that was on point, but I wish I had been more adventurous! My mother got a pasta dish with asparagus and mushrooms ? it wasso good! I would definitely consider this as a go to. Cumberland has a lot of Italian food and this is one of the best. I don?teat a lot of Italian food, but it?s always a treat when I have it. I plan to go back! I also made a reservation and they gaveme one of the best seats in the house. I've lived in the North End of Boston and traveled quite a bit for work. I always try to seek out italian restaurants in new... cities. This was by far, the best Italian meal I've ever had. The food was absolutely delicious and the wine was perfect aswell. The ambiance and music made it a perfect experience. You cannot go wrong with a dinner here. Great food! Took my wife here for her birthday. This is what an old school Italian Restaurant was back in the day. The food is... incredibly fresh and delicious. We had the steak, shrimp scampi, and some tasty starters and desserts. The service was reallyprompt and friendly. It seems like people enjoy working there. We got a special treat where the owner and manager sung happybirthday in Italian to my wife. Very pleased with the experience. Looking forward to going back! Read more
