What a great HOME to by from. I bought my set SANTORINI (offWhite), 6-7 years ago, I deal with Brady, the most Honest guy I... ever met. The compliments from my guest still coming even today, every single time people see my Patio set they think we boughtit a week ago?..yes, beside the fact of the beautiful design, but the product was manufactured in the best possible way. Reallystrong (our patio furnitures all seasons outside - the Cushions goes in to the shed & still looks brand new). I called themsince I needed something for my set (wear & tear)?they did all the best the fix my minor issue (my fault not theirs) just tomake me a Happy customer (which I already was) & to make sure I?ll use their product properly. Yes, they tried to work with meon the price, never took advantage only cause I needed. I have to say, many years of buying many things as a home owner?.NEVERhad a service like that after so long. Cannot say enough about Madbury Road. With so many online options, it is so difficult to know which patio furniture products are... of sufficient quality and which ones you'll regret buying. I've had terrific buying experiences with Brady and his responsiveteam at Madbury, who deliver their beautiful quality patio furniture regionally. I have two sets still going strong many yearslater and just ordered a third for my mom, who ended up throwing away a set she purchased online just one season prior becauseof flimsy cushions that were in reality far from weather resistant and get sopping wet. Finding outdoor furniture that you loveand allows you to enjoy an extended living space the way these luxurious, but surprisingly affordable, sets do....priceless! Read more

I could not be more pleased that we chose Madbury Road for our outdoor furniture. They made the experience easy and enjoyable... right from the beginning. They answer their phone and if not, immediately call you back. Unbelievably professional attitude madeit seem like I had known them for years even though it was my first time talking to them. Product was delivered and set upperfectly and on time. The delivery person was courteous friendly professional didn?t mind moving the furniture around the patiountil we found the right spot. As for the furniture itself my outdoor couch is now the most comfortable seating I have at myhouse. If it was socially acceptable to put an outdoor daybed in my living room I think I would. The cushions have a feel unlikeany I have ever sat on before. The old cliché you get what you pay for is definitely correct in this case. They may not be thecheapest around but they are the best. The quality of the construction, the quality of the wicker, the feel of the cushions, thelittle things like tiedowns for the cushions are just exceptional. Even the cover for the daybed is specially designed to fitperfectly around the set. I would order from them again in a minute and my wife and I are already talking about another set toreplace a cheap couch we bought online. Read more
