I would like to visit basket Robins in another site and there service was awesome and this store i feel like they don't need... customers and even they won't consider customer requests. They will do whatever they want and the quantity they will serve isnot deserved when we compared to other stores. AVOID IT IF YOU CAN.... Read more
The location was dirty. There was mold in the drink coolers. Spilled ice cream all over the freezer. Teenage staff standing... around or worried only about drive thru orders. Tried to order an ice cream sundae and the employee didn't even know what icecream was which even though I had pointed it out several times and tried to put hot caramel on top of whipped cream? The staffclearly isn't trained and there is no adult oversight. They didn't even have the right size cups so the employee tried putting aSundae in the kids cup and it was going to be a huge mess. I ordered a scoop of ice cream via the drive thru. As I approached the window, I noticed that somehow the scoop of ice cream... fell out of the cup and onto the metal ledge. The worker (young guy) used the spoon to flick the ice cream back in the cup andattempted to serve it to me! How disgusting?! Not only are we in the middle of a pandemic - this is outright unsanitary & nasty.I will NEVER visit this store again! Read more

First time, we asked their flavors since they are not... listed and the response was, ?we have 31 flavors am I supposed to tell you all of them.? Next time we went in and they informedus we are closing. Third and final time, it was only open for drive through, no flavors listed. We asked how are we supposed toknow the flavors and the response was very sarcastic ?well you Could ask?. Sunday night, 10 flavors available mostly non dairy,we were told the truck come Tuesday.
