Great location, good icecream, but they have to improve their communication and their treatment of customers. This is the second... time I have heard them scream "Sir, you did not pay for the toppings" when someone (likely first timers to the store) did notpay for the toppings, and tried to take them. No fault of customers since there is no indicator ANYWHERE that the toppings areto be paid for. And their way of letting customers know is to scream. How much did the toppings cost finally? 40cents. Butreally how much did the toppings cost the store? Lost a few customers including the one who observed (me) and the customer whoreceived that treatment. Update your signage in the store, educate your customers, and ask them if they want toppings beforethey checkout. Easy! Read more
