We had the regular crust Towering Timber (Supreme) pizza, with a side salad. The salad was just ok, with a packaged dressing. ... But the pizza was delicious! The sauce and sausage was a bit spicy, which I like. The veggies were fresh, with just a littlecrunch to the green pepper. The thin crust was just the right mix of crunchy and chewy. The owner was incredibly rude when I said the pizza was burnt and asked to have another made. Her excuse was because I was an... hour late picking it up. Then said it?s made in a brick oven and wasn?t going to make another. After saying previous ordersweren?t charred top and bottom, the response she gave was, ? The pizza was fantastic! Crust was very thin on the bottom and rolled up thick on the edge. I'd recommend a fork and knife over... picking up the pieces as it's so thin. The outer crust was very light and flaky, very tasty. The sauce, cheese and toppings weredelicious. We tried a supreme and a one topping and they were both very good. Thinking about other pizzas that are my all timefavorites, this place might crack the top 5. I will be back next time I'm in the area and we'll see if they can replicate theexperience before I cement it in my top 5 but I'll definitely be thinking about it until then. We came on a Saturday afternoonin mid October, they were steady but not busy. Our service was fast, the restaurant and restroom was clean. Read more
