Consistently delicious food. They'll keep the chips and salsa coming, and the salsa is very good, more of a puree that stays on... your chip rather than chunky wet mess at some places. If you order food that comes with a specific type of meat, do not specifythe meat, even if the server asks what kind of meat, just order by the Number with the food item or it can confuse the kitchenstaff and they might put a different preparation of the meat in there. Their kids meals are remarkably good for americanclassics being prepared at a Mexican restaurant. Their fries are nice and thin, fresh and crispy, the cheeseburger is quitetasty and the chicken nuggets are delightful. So come for delicious authentic mexican food with EXCELLENT portions sizes, anddon't be worried about bringing kids if they're picky eaters because you can find something tasty for them. They also have fullbar service and food and drink specials most nights of the week. Read more

Best Mexican restaurant in the area. Food is packed with flavor and things are made from scratch. Restaurant service is... impeccable and it is sparkling clean. Please don’t waste your time at Americanized, flashy local Mexican restaurants and doyourself a favor and taste the authenticity. It is unbelievable how good everything has been! Read more
It's not El Rancho anymore. It's now Hermosillo. Menu is a little different. The bar and interior have been redone. Food is... still great and the patio is there for people who care a little more about safe dining. I have included pics of the new menu. Read more
