Super fast and very personable crew. The cherry blizzard was perhaps not the best choice.
Customer service here is lousy I waited for about 7 minutes before someone even acknowledged me . I was standing there waiting... to order and no one else was in line... Two employees inside one was making someone's order she was blonde. The older lady hadjust turned around and asked if this was my order I said no then she said to me as she's turning around oh okay it'll be donesoon and walked away.... I didn't even order anything yet as I was trying to tell her no and I hadn't she just turned and walkedto the back .. I love Diary queen but the management and customer service here is absolutely horrible. A older Indian woman who works here is... always rude to her customers. I have been in many situations where I have seen her not offering spoons with the blizzards orjust making customers feel bad by giving dirty looks. Recently she told me that my Debit card doesn?t work at all, I wasembarrassed and contemplating if I should come back. Read more
