We ordered pizza and wings for dinner tonight 10/31/22, the app said it was delivered. I call the store and the manager is... adamant that the delivery driver dropped it off at my house. After some back and forth, and while still on the phone, myneighbors next door walk over with the pizza that was sitting on the ground in front of their door. I let the manager know andshe said ?it was their mistake?. It sat for 10 min, it is now cold and had ants on the box. Just really disappointed $30 in thetrash. Read more
Dont use this branch on riata ranch. They have the worst service. I wish i can rate them a zero. Find another branch to have... your pizza delivered. I wish too i read the reviews here before ordering. We all have the same experience. They areunprofessional. They even hanged up the phone on us. 5 Stars! Update- AC IS WORKING!! I ordered online and the app messed up my order. I called the store and Hayley help me out and... got us another pizza ASAP! This store continues to amaze me! Great service great food! Would?ve been 5 stars but the AC is outand it?s sooooooo HOT inside the store!! Awesome employees!!! I went in to order and eat in the store and the pizza was preparedperfectly by Truid!! My son and I would?ve stayed to eat but it was soooooo hot that I almost lost my appetite.
