Used to love coming to this location but the people here are not properly trained. Asked for a FL Pro and they did not... understand what I meant or what it was. It?s on the menus!! Lol asked for a Baja steak and jack, they had no idea what Bajasauce was. I swear maybe It?s just me, but something tells me that?s not the case. The lady and the gentleman behind thecounter today knew very little about their menus. Sandwich was built perfect, service was great.. but why does Subway only give 1 napkin for footlongs?

The young man doesn't wash his hands after using the register. He just put on his gloves and proceeded to open the oven and... start a new sandwich. This is an issue about health services... cross contamination, the employees do not know the correctprocedures to make food. I really wonder how they prep the meats and tuna in the back... There is no point on wearing a mask orwearing gloves if hands are also not been washed. Also, been short staffed is not an excuse to skip washing their hands at thevery least sanitize. Read more
