They better hope the worlds worst Taco Bell franchise doesn?t shut down because they will own the title outright. What a trash... store. Can?t get an order right to save their lives, but at least they are hideously rude and ignorant while doing it. Read more
Went through the drive through Monday evening(Labor Day). Restaurant wasn't busy. Placed my order and was told to drive around... to the other side of the building and wait for our food. Did as instructed, but parked in a spot as to nit block the trafficlane. The next three cars, however didn't do that. They also got their food before us as well. When our food was finally broughtout, the oder was wrong( nothing was correct, I assumed that the other cars got our order since we were parked in a spot and notblocking traffic, so four screwed up orders. Back through the drive through, got the order corrected and again told to drivearound to the other side of the building to wait for the food. Order came and it was correct. Unfortunately, when we got home,the tacos were soggy and had small amounts of lettuce and cheese. Mark this one off the list. Read more
I have never written a review on Google ever but I was so heated from my service that I have decided to write this and just say... that it took the workers an hour to get me 3 burritos that were made poorly and for them to give me a freeze that was the wrongsize normally I wouldn?t complain but I literally saw the 2 workers walking around the restaurant on their phones not doinganything at all to get the food out the 2 cars BEHIND me got their food before me and honestly I can say I will never go to thislocation again because it is a night and day difference between the 2 locations close to me. Honestly whoever is the owner ofthis franchise needs to rethink about being in the field of business at all and possibly find another field of work. Read more
Another 1 star here. Have gone a few times and they never got the order correct. Last time, I ordered 8 items and they only... gave me 4, one of which was incorrect and one of which had half of the ingredients missing. Since the store is drive thru only,you can't go into the store to get your order fixed... you can only circle back through the drive thru. This is a regularoccurrence here. I've never seen an establishment that consistently gets orders wrong like this one. I hope the owner sees thatthere is a problem and tries to fix it because it's a matter of time before they run out of local customers willing to actuallygo there. Read more
