I ordered a matcha beverage, they were out of it. Cashier offered a bundle with a bakery item, they were out of the lemon cake I... preferred. I am giving 4 stars b/c 1) they cashier was obviously brand new and I know they have very little actual control ofbasically anything; and 2) they manager was super apologetic about being out of the tea I requested and let me go with a frappesince I had to change up my order.
