We first came and visited back in March. We had a great experience with Patti who was tending the bar. I even signed up for the... mug club. Every visit since has been without Patti tending the bar, and the experience has been lackluster. We haven't been infor over a month due to the poor customer service and decided to try it again today. We sat for over a half hour hour waitingfor the bartender to return so we could leave. There were other customers in the bar area who had to go get the cook so theycould get another beverage and close out their tabs. Why was the bar tender gone so long? I have no idea and I don't intend tocome back and find out. I really liked this place at first but I'm tired of the poor service. Read more
My extended family and I were just out for vacation and needed a place to stop for lunch that also had activities for kids. We... had 7 kids who had a blast in the little arcade, lots of fun game selections, and the food was fantastic for all. They only hadone guy manning the bar and the kitchen and he handled our party of 15 with ease.
