One of the worst Taco Bell, I had been to. They constantly miss items from the order, I still gave them chance and went to dine... in this way they don?t miss items. I went in with my family, after going through ordering from kiosk, it crashed, and didn?twant to start over so waited in front of register, waited patiently for 5 minutes no one bothered, asked someone to take theorder people there were rude and didn?t bother. Waited another 10 minutes and still no one cared to take order and walked outnever, going to return to this place, it?s run by bunch of amateurs who really don?t care. Read more
If I could give NO STARS, I would. I have NEVER been more disgusted with a fast food place. I bought my best friend 100$ worth... of gift cards for this place?.we have ordered twice since I gave them to her. The first time, we spent almost 50$ on dinner andwhen I tell you EVERYTHING WAS WRONG, it?s not an understatement. Her husband brought it all back and they claimed the ?remade?everything but STILL EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. We were given stupid coupons, not even reimbursed! Today we ordered online and AGAIN,the hard taco shells were chewy and the order was wrong. I have worked in fast food myself and I understand mistakes happen butthis is just complete incompetence and/or laziness. It?s not that difficult to read a screen people. This must be the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been to. Every single time they get my order wrong. Every single time! Not large... orders and not when they are busy. There can be nobody in line and I order 2 items and they get it wrong. I do not understandit. I had to go back 2 times because they got my taco wrong. I order ordered a chicken chalupa no sour cream and what do youknow they put sour cream on it? that?s fine mistakes happen even though I told her 3 times no sour cream so I go back to thedrive through. Tell them hey you got my order wrong they say okay pull around and I get my order. I open it up and it has nosour cream in it but now has beef in it instead of chicken. No cars nothing they were not busy whatsoever. This is just oneexample but without fail every single time I go here they mess something up. Once again, we ordered from the mobile app & no receipt was given. My order was not only filled twice, but it was wrong. I was... missing two burritos, the crispy tacos were not supreme & I only had 1/2 a broken shell on my loco taco supreme. Oh yea, n wherewas my two orders of guacamole?
