The "gentlemen" that took our order was easily frustrated because I kept saying the wrong name of the meal I wanted, ignored me... when I asked for my burger to be cut in half, spoke over me when I asked a question and was on his phone. This place says indoor dining open til 9. IT IS NOT. And no sign posted. Drive thru intercom DID NOT WORK and NO SIGN alerting... you to this fact.. so everyone just sat stupidly waiting for someone to take their order. Very unprofessional. The lady taking our order was apparently on a personal phone call and got irritated because she couldn't... understand what our order was. We could hear her tell whomever she was on the phone with " man I'll call you back " thencontinued on with us with " nnn u said u want a combo?! " all rude. Smh the food was awful and the fries were warm. Of coursethe only ONE thing good to say was the root beer taste great. I can seewhythis location has so many reviews. Definitely will notbe back.
