I was recommended to eat here by a friend that used to live in the Dallas area. I was not disappointed. The food was, simply... put, phenomenal. The chips were fresh and they brought warms ones out every few minutes. The food was brought out quickly andthey had excellent service. Avila's is a cozy restaurant with some authentic Mexican and tex mex dishes. If it's your first time you'll want to pay... attention because it's so easy to pass. Parking is located between the restaurant and the auto shop next door. Food was good. Ienjoyed the shrimp fajitas and my partner had the chicken gordita which they enjoyed. Salsa that comes with chips tasted greatwith the perfect amount of heat. Service was okay. Our waitress was attentive and checked in on us multipletimes.
