Second time being here at Beverly?s. We came back for our anniversary and this is probably the best service I had in a long... time. Adrian our server was AMAZING. I came here over the weekend and was extremely underwhelmed. Had myself a cocktail (la femme Nikita) as well as the rose. Drinks... were decent but nothing out of the ordinary. We then proceeded to have the FritoMisto and was exactly what it says. Friedcalamari, shrimp and veggies. Was extremely disappointed as it had no flavor and didn't seem the seafood was fresh caught butmore so pre-frozen. For soups: Matzo ball and French onion: Matzo ball was good but once again a little disappointed in thesoup. Soup flavor was good but veggies were not cooked thoroughly as the carrots were still very hard. French onion wassolid! Entree- Chicken Schnitzel & the Branzino- Both were cooked perfectly. However, nothing our of the ordinary and lacked alittle flavor. Dessert: Sticky Toffee Cake & espresso with a lemon peel. - Cake was very good as it came with a scoop of icecream. The cake was moist and was warm. The espresso lemon peel was dry and was apparent that it was pre-cut. Overall, Ithought it was decent as the atmosphere seemed nice. This was such a cute brunch spot. My bff and I didn't have a reservation but were immediately seated in the back patio area. It... was so cute. Had a lovely lunch here with my mother. The food was excellent, the service was good. They were very busy on a Sunday for lunch.... We enjoyed the patio seating; great atmosphere.
