Ordered the two for ten and received two burgers that had Patty's that were beyond dry and over cooked. The onion rings, were... the only food items that were even worth eating, being that they were fresh. I tried to call to get a replacement meal, but noone picks up the phone. Read more
The dining area wasn't clean I had to use the sanitizer machine on the wall with a napkin to clean the table and seats b4 my mom... and I sat down to dine in... Orders were made just right compared to other location near my home. Read more
YOU?RE WEBSITE SAYS YOU CLOSE AT 12 am not 11pm so why exactly are you allowing Uber orders at 11:30 pm but excepting the... ORDERE but not updating hours of operation. If you aren?t going to be open at the time your website says you will be open thenchange your hours and follow through with your obligations instead of having poor customer service. As well as having ONE teammember in your facility at night who says your closes but google says your open and she looks like she just woke up is notprofessional. Also, that?s a safety issue and a hazard. There should always be two staff members at all times. Anything canhappen. Read more
