It is over charcoal! I have missed meat cooked over charcoal since it seemed most KBBQ places in DFW converted to the heating... plate. The meat tasted pretty good, different flavors than from a heating plate. We also got the cheese corn and kimchi pancake.The cheese corn was alright. We got right in, my sister and I really enjoyed this experience. I can't wait to try the seafood pancake. We split the combo 4 ,... tried dumplings, chicken & lamb skewers. Everything was great. Lamb was way to spicy for me to eat. Read more
