Stopped by for lunch. Counter service place that brings you your food. A little dark for my taste atmosphere-wise. The food was... pretty disappointing. The best thing was the house salad and that still needed some parmesan cheese. The artichoke hearts werebland. The butter sauce they were in wasn't bad, but wasn't amazing. It definitely is a "butter sauce" - not much to it beyondthe butter. The spaghetti was a good portion, but the red sauce lacked flavor. I ended up adding a lot of parmesan cheese, salt,black pepper, and red pepper flakes to make it edible. The sauce had a nice, smooth texture though. Friends and I really like this Campisi's location. Love the pizza????and super glad they offer the gluten free crust option. You... can't beat the BYOB???? - With the dim lighting makes this place cozy and relaxing especially after a busy work week. Superdelicious Cheesecake. The staff are kind and personable. I gave this place 1 star cause the pizza was good that someone ate. My chicken parmigiana came with a side of spaghetti, I asked... for meat sauce but was more red sauce and very runny. There was a long dark strand of HAIR( yes, I just said hair!) entangled inmy Spaghetti. The parmigiana was burnt all around the edges. We have been going to Campisis 30+ years( Mockingbird location) wewere on Campbell and decided to give it a try this location.
