I went here for the first time yesterday after having a sudden craving for fried Chicken. The food was decent at best. But... that's not even my issue. My issue is that the chicken does not come with sauce!!! For starters, the food is already pricey. Butto add insult to injury, it doesn't come with any sauce! So boom, not only does it not come with sauce, but the sauce they dooffer are placed in these extremely tiny containers!!! I took a look at those and said to myself "What the hell can I do withthat?" I had to order 4 ranches for a six piece wing...That's how small they were! But get this....They people have the nerve,the audacity to charge 79cents for each packet!!!!!!!! I've been places that charge for extra sauces but they're usually 25cents each!!! Long story short, I got a six piece wing and ended up paying $14 for hit b/c they don't provide any complimentarysauce and the sauce you pay for are in INCREDIBLY SMALL portions. Read more

Giving 3 stars because unfortunately the service is getting worse as time goes on. I hope they don?t end up closing this... location like the did the one in Arlington. When this place first opened the service was great and always fast. Which was greathaving some food that reminded me of being home back in Chicago. Now the food is always over cooked, they barely put any sauceon the food anymore and of course charge you for extra sauce on the food and on the side. Also services are really slow now. Iplaced an order over the phone at 230pm she said it would be 18 minutes I arrived a 3pm food still wasn?t ready. Received thefood arbor aeound 315 and the order was still missing things so I had to wait another 15 minutes. I hope they can go back to thegreat services they had when they first opened.! Read more

The food was good, just pricey. It was my first time there and opposed to the cashier offering me a special, I ended up paying... full price for less chicken! Also, I never have had to pay for sauce in my life when purchasing food, why is this a thing? Foras high as the food is you could at least throw in some sauce since that is the separator from the rest. With that being said,the chicken was hot fresh and juicy. I will go back but not weekly, maybe quarterly. Read more
