I?m not one to usually complain about small things but after it happening 3 separate times I felt it deserved a review. I dine... at several different Chipotle locations throughout Dallas and the Oak Cliff location has to be by far the most disappointing.This is the third time I?ve visited there and got the same result. I?ve always expected to pay extra for guacamole and amcompletely ok with it especially when it comes to current supply chain and inflation issues. But when you get charged a premiumand get little to nothing, you start to question whether the service even deserves the business. Charging $5.40 seems excessivefor so little. There was also little amounts of barbacoa in the tacos. Just so disappointing that it keeps happening at thislocation which isn?t far from my house. What a disappointment. I ordered through grub hub. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was barely what they normally serve. I... couldn't even find the chicken meat. Look at the photos below. Meat are chicken scraps. Literally could not find much meat in mybowl. This was also the first time I order for pickup. Such a disappointment. I asked for utensils and salsa on the side andreceived nothing. I do not recommend this location at all. They don't uphold a high standard of customer service. Lots of 2-3 star reviews here you weirdos. A couple reviews said either the bowl has too much or too little. So many employees... and no fast turnaround said that one review. And yeah the Chipotle name keeps this place busy as in the case of tonight. Butthose low review people are still going here because it's the closest. Well this place is busy and many people were in linetonight. As always, they are out of something and tonight Chipotle cut the cheese!!! I had to run out and buy cheese for mybowl. Last time I was here they were out of chips. Wonder what will be missing next? The food was good and they filled my bowlwith lots of portions and I was satisfied. I ordered through the app for in store pickup. Pick up time was 1:00. I arrived at the restaurant at 1:08 and my order was not... on the shelf. I speak with the cashier and she checked the orders behind the shelf and confirmed my order was not there. She hadthe staff re-make my order. I'm standing within ear shot of the staff and one shouts, 'Ugh! We just made this one.' I'm thinkingto myself, 'Well it's not on the shelf.' It takes the staff about 10 mins to make one burrito bowl and three tacos. Not sure whyit took so long, and why they were so upset since I was the one who paid for something that I didn't get? When I arrived home,my order was disaster! The tacos were soggy. There was broth or something at the bottom of the bowl and the cheese and lettucewere literally just thrown across the top. They were ice cold and not sure why. I ended up throwing them away. The burrito bowlhad so much bean broth, it looked like a bowl of soup. This was uncalled for. I guess the staff was upset they had to remake myorder because someone else walked off with my original order (lucky them), however, they should take that issue up with theirmanagement and come up with a better way to avoid this situation happening again instead of taking it out on my food. Prepare to wait one hour+ standing in line and be completely ignored. I'll start with saying I'm not a Karen. I worked fast food... myself, I get it. It gets busy. I popped my headphones on and patiently waited an hour in a line that shouldn't have taken anhour. I get to the front to be....completely ignored. The staff was focused on online orders exclusively. I finally get a bowlstarted and they are out of food, because all of the food went into the online orders. I finally make my way through the steps -my bowl is done (took about 20 mins). And then the cashier lady, who was at the front the whole time, just walks away? An hour+waiting. My bowl is finally completed. It's right in front of me...and I can't pay and checkout. Completely ignored while myfood sits there getting cold. It was honestly just unacceptable. I wish they had said even one word to me. I would have said "Iget it, I'm sorry it looks so busy in here" but instead the counter was disgusting. Cross contamination everywhere. And justcompletely ignored by staff while my food was just sitting there. I live minutes from this location and avoided it due to badreviews. Unfortunately, I have to say I should have listened.
