This place is a disaster. They don't have large patties for the normal size burgers, you can only order Jr burgers. They ran out... of chicken fried steaks for the Dude sandwich. The cashier had no idea how to customize a Jr burger. Then, there's a tip jar onthe counter for the excellent experience. What a joke. Read more
Ordered a belt buster. Was asked if I wanted cheese, I said no, they put it on anyways . I called to let them know, they... immediately said thier cook said they didn't put any cheese, insisted I come back to prove it, and I need my recipient to show Idudnt order cheese. I said I really dudnt have time, the manager Lila pretty much insisted. So I drove back, wasted my gas andtime, she looked and said oh there is cheese sorry about that, well remake it. Um no, I just want a refund, and I wanted theentire bill refunded for my time, inconvenience and wasted gas. She refused, so I took the offered refund and called corporate, who is getting in contact with the franchisee. This location is by far the best that I have been too! It's 5:48 on a Friday and this place is spotless! The seating options are... great. They have booths, booths with chairs and very nice comfy chairs with a small table. The employees were busy doing thingsand not just standing around talking. They were also very pleasant! I came in with my very tiny baby and the young man broughtme my Blizzard to the table! Also, this is THE ONLY DQ that I have EVER been to that has gotten my Blizzard the way that I askfor it! I hate when the chocolate comes out so light and practically vanilla so I will ask for extra chocolate and say it willpay extra. They still usually find a way to mess it up but not here! FF was limp . Chicken tenders nearly warm. Gravy was hot. Three times I went here. And 3 times limp Fries. luke warm food and... the gravy is all ways hot. It will be a while before I go back. It don't matter how good you are . The last visit is the onethat I will remimber. Read more
