Oh my friend and I love the old fashion Donuts.we get those twice a week.love it.
I went there twice in the last two weeks and both experiences were bad. The first time they didn?t have any jelly filled donuts,... the only donut we got was thrown upside down in a bag the frosting came off the donut and they seemed annoyed by a customerspresence.The second time which was today early this morning no jelly donuts again then I get a strawberry donut again thrownupside down in the bag frosting cake off again, they rushed me at the drive thru as well. In the beginning when they firstopened awesome experience but lately they have lost their touch in customer service and maintaining food that?s high in demand.This is coming from a hospitality manager to another this is terrible & you have lost my service in the community. Asked for an iced coffee with vanilla, liquid sugar, and oat milk. There was no milk at all. The coffee was still black. I do... not even think sugar was added.. it tasted horrible. But on a good note, the chocolate frosted donut is the best. Read more
