Stopped in for a few bagels ???? and a ???? donut. The people behind the counter just didn't understand what I was asking for. ... Three bagels, not toasted, no cream cheese - that threw them off. I like this location but it?s somewhat going downhill. I order the same thing every day for work - ice coffee with flavoring-... now, every time I pick up my order my coffee is bland and flavorless. I always add 3 creams and sugars plus whatever flavor toit, but lately it hasn?t been tasting like it should? like someone is missing a step. I?ve come to point to recognize whichstaff members are better at making it. Today was money wasted and I am little bummed for I always look forward to this almostevery morning! Great food and coffee but? When I ordered my coffee everything seemed good but as soon as I got it it was not what I asked... for.When I told the person (Medina)that made the coffee she gotten upset and tossed the coffee in the sink.My coffee was neededto be made about 3 times because she kept on making them the same way and each time she had a very bad attitude and asked me myorder again.A other woman who was very sweet and kind asked me my order and once I told her she made the coffee and it wasexactly what I asked for. This is where I go to get my daily Dunkin and needless to say, the staff is AWESOME! Hence the 5 star review. I get a medium... iced caramel macchiato (3 caramel swirls) and add 2 additional espresso shots (I like my coffee strong). All of the employeesmake sure your order is made to your satisfaction. Some employees know me so well that by the time I order and pay for my order,they already have my drink made and ready. Management team is awesome. I typically don?t leave reviews on large ownedcorporations, but I have to brag on the staff at this Dunkin Donuts. The Asst Manager and Manager are both very personable andjust want you to enjoy your order! I?d also like to note that there aren?t many Dunkin Donuts in Dallas, so this place can bebusy at times.
