Ordered food from Freshnez at the Truck Yard last night. Their brisket loaded fries AND their elote roasted corn were both... fabulous. Brisket tasted phenomenal with a perfect bbq sauce that was perfect!!! Have never tried elote corn before, but wow!!! Yummy. I’ll be trying to replicate it soon. Would highly recommend both of these dishes. The men working the truck wereawesome as well. Loved chatting with them. I wish them well on opening up a restaurant soon. Check out their website. Tried this food truck last night (sorry no pictures). Had the sliders and loaded fries. The fries alone, minus the brisket was... awesome just by itself!
