We don't live near an In-N-Out Burger. We stopped on our way through Texas and my friend thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I didn't... remember this gentleman's name, but my friend was so impressed with him. I've heard a lot about this burger place,and decided to see what the hype was about. Well let me start off saying that the... Cashier Chloe was very nice, and polite when she took my order. Staff was nice, establishment was CLEAN, and the place wassomewhat busy. THE FOOD WAS TRASH !! FRIES WAS WARM RUBBER EVEN AFTER PUTTING SALT ON THEM, BLAND, AND THE BURGER BUN WAS HARD.THE BURGER WAS SO SMALL YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I ORDERED FROM THE KID'S MENU. Very clean and fast service. My first time ever to try it. Got a #1. Burger came out just like the pictures. The onion was too... thick, a bit yellow ( so under ripe) and bitter....over powering, so omit the onion. I did take it off. Fries were very tasty.No Diet Dr Pepper.
