My son had been asking to go to KFC for a few months now. We decided to stop by after church and I am glad we did. The customer... service was a 10+! From multiple employees! I even told my husband ?these people deserve a raise? just due to their outstandingcustomer service. I always expect mid service from fast food places so when I received quality five star restaurant service, Iwas floored! If I could give this place a 0 star I totally would! Worst management worse staff this place is not organized at all! What kind... of chicken place has no chicken! I was trying to order crispy chicken for my orders manager told me it?s going to be 5 min. Andthen she told me 35 min saying they don?t order a lot of crispy chicken.
