La Calle Doce is my life long GO TO RESTAURANT! I'd rather go there than any other place. For decades I have gone there to... commemorate important and unimportant events of my life. Staff is always friendly. Food is wonderful. Not your ordinaryMexican restaurant! Read more

As a born and raised Texan, I consider myself a connoisseur of Tex-Mex. This is the best I’ve had. Wow. The prices are really... reasonable and the food is over the top delicious. I had the ceviche and ate every last bite. The salsa is HOT but themargaritas help cool you down! In Dallas? Go here! Read more

This is best place for Mexican Food. The individual margarita’s are the best but you can also order by the pitcher. Our... favorite food for a group is the “Parrillada” or Plato Especial (for 3) which contains fresh shrimp, beef, chicken fajitas, beef short ribs, sausage with guacamole, rice and ranchero beans. It easily enough for a party of four. A special treat is Pacowho will play a song for you during the evening dinner. The atmosphere is great and usually crowded so plan ahead! Read more

The atmosphere and building this restaurant is location I feel deserves some recognition: the dine-in experience is enhanced by... the renovation of the place and you feel right at home inside. The bar appeared very modern and updated, but the restaurant ispeppered with classic designs and furniture for an elegant finish. I can’t say enough to capture how beautiful it looksinside! The only reason(s) my rating wasn’t higher was (1) I hardly ever saw my waitress, even after requesting the check shewas hard to flag down. Initially, I had to wait a while before she appeared, as a manager noticed that I didn’t have a drinkon my table yet and apparently took pity on me. For the record, It was a busy Sunday, and the lobby appeared to be fullystaffed, but still I didn’t get to interact with my server very much, and (2) the enchilada dinner I ordered was slightlyincorrect (I ate it anyway) and the presentation really needs some work for this dish. The plate was sloppily put together, withtoo much cheddar cheese and sauce running together on the plate it didn’t look very appetizing. Taste was ok, but not worth$12.50. I wish I could award this restaurant with more stars, but even though service was less than ideal, I feel that I couldbe persuaded to try it one more time if I’m in the area again any time soon…maybe ????
