My favorite place to take my mom when she comes to visit. The flautas are her favorite, mine too. My step dad had the roasted... chicken it was also very good. And mom got some cookies to go. The butler bot is really cool and was easy to use to place ourorder. Read more

Haven't been to this place in years... the food was still fantastic. It's changed overall since the pandemic with the layout... and cakes in a jar instead of towers of cakes everywhere. Cakes are still amazing. Miss the old vibe as it was a bit slow, nota lot of patrons, robot food delivery, etc. You can tell they are working hard and struggling as many others with staffing. Overall, good food and service. I may stick to brunch vs dinners though as the new atmosphere and energy feels more brunchy. Imay buy cakes there as you can still get those pre-ordered online and want to continue supporting this business that's been inDallas forever. Ps. Mojiotos are definitely on the recommended list. The Eggs Benedict on a pop up pastry ???? was one of the best damn dishes I’ve ever had in my lifeeee!!! The guacamole ????... and chips was great- chips are thin and crisp, and the spicy salsa drizzled on the sides was really damn good. Our eggs ???? andchorizo were incredible, too. Read more

This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. 1. Staff Their front staff was excellent and helped us get... some brunch beverages while we waited for our table. You can use the QR code they give you when they seat you to order directly(and it shows your running tab which is cool). 2. Food The picadillo empanadas with chimichurri were excellent! We also orderedthe benedict on a popover, queso with rajas, plantains, congri and the breakfast enchiladas. All were delicious BUT our eyeswere much bigger than our stomachs! 2 things to note!!! Parking is very limited! You may have to find a spot on thestreet. This is a small place so I recommend reservations. It is on a one way street so if you miss it (across the street fromcrate & barrel) you're going to have to circle back around. Read more

Used to be a favorite and prior to pandemic was a frequent customer. But slowly La Duni has reduced portions, cut corners on... quality and overcharge for everything. La Duni has forgotten who they serve and are more focused on their bottom line than thecustomer experience. Recently got a large to go order and the cake in a jar for $8.95 is ridiculously small size in a tiny 8 ozjar, even smaller chocolate dipped cookies for $6.95 were melted because they were placed on top of hot entree, and tea was in akid size cup. I wouldn't mind paying "inflation" prices if the quality and portion size were appropriate. La Duni has struggledfor years with the whole concept of customer service and if they would focus more on who and what they are serving they wouldhave a thriving business. Sadly, after several bad experiences at La Duni over the years and recently, I will never give mymoney to this business again. Read more
