Consistently the tastiest espresso latte I?ve had in all of Dallas. If you?re looking for a latte with that strong coffee flavor... like when you eat coffee ice cream, you will absolutely love the lattes here. Coffee as one would expect coffee to taste like.The vanilla latte is great, and the mocha is phenomenal! No bitterness, all very smooth like a hug in a cup whether served hotor iced. I rarely write a bad review. I?ve been a customer since they opened. They have people working there who seem nice until you ask... them to correct an order that wasn?t made properly. Then their attitude shifts to being sarcastic and making me the customerwrong?who was paying almost $7 to get an iced breve flat white that still tastes like coffee. It?s the principle of notsupporting places who don?t value the customer. I purchase from places who care and LDU doesn?t care now that they have a lot ofcustomers. I tried to talk with a manager. She wouldn?t look me in the eye and told me we won?t change your drink if it comesout different than it is supposed to be. I tried to reason with them and after the third person was rude?I?m no longer acustomer. I will not recommend it and I will not take my clients there. It?s sad since it?s within walking distance. My go-to coffee place. The drinks are excellent and priced fairly. the staff is friendly and inviting. The breakfast sandwiches... and cookies are delicious! My only gripe is that they close at 4pm. I could see it being a nice place to visit at night. Highlyrecommend! Read more
