The food is HORRIBLE! The service is HORRIBLE! The manager who I called to make a complaint with named ARLETTE and her attitude... was incredibly HORRIBLE. And the restaurant is FILTHY! I don?t normally go to McAllister?s deli but a friend of mine wanted to stop there for lunch and I had the jalapeño turkey... crunch. And eat sandwiches usually three or four times a week. Do not let these negative reviews fool you because these Karen's aren't getting their way or have one bad experience. I live... nearby and often come in to do work and study. The staff here is great and I never have any issues at all with them. They alwaystake great care of me and make sure my tea is topped of. The ladies at the front are always very attentive and even make theirrounds in the restaurant to check on guests. Felicia is super friendly and great as well as the other manager Chris!
