Friendly staff, reasonable coffee, surprisingly quick service even with long queues.
I really like this hotel coffee shop/gift shop that I can walk to at lunch time. The pecan chicken salad sandwich was just... right. Iced mocha was way too sweet for me. Friendly service, not busy, upscale environment. I think some workers here are partof a jobs program (where they learn to deal with people like you) so think before you judge. I was in Dallas for a conference this week. So grateful that Morsel's Cafe was in the hotel I was staying at. I want to rave... about the service I received upon every visit. These hardworking baristas had an extremely long line at seemingly all hours ofthe day. Very quick, kind, and personable employees. Much appreciated! Read more
Major disappointment. Ordered their only decent looking breakfast. Which was a tiny burrito. Over priced and almost broke my... braces on it. Hard as a rock. That's the tortilla stuck to the wrap. At least the staff was pleasant. Read more
