The only reason I?m giving this place 2 stars is because the food is good. I went here for the first time today and when I say... the lobby was NASTY and all the tables were dirty, they absolutely were. The counter was filthy floors trashy, customer servicewas HORRIBLE. It was like the cashier did not want to be there, I told the cook thank you while he handed my food and all I gotback was a stale ?mhm?. I don?t understand why people have to be rude all the time , I did not cause any problems. I ordered myfood sat down and waited patiently. I was very disappointed with the customer service. But whoever is hiring these types ofpeople obviously don?t have a standard for customer service. I will not be going back due to the disgusting lobby and poorupkeep of the restaurant and the bad customer service. Y?all need to do better!! Read more
My Sister stopped by and picked up a Quick Meal for her family, seeing as it's one of her favorite places to eat. I tried their... 4 piece chicken meal and it came with 4 delicious tenders and two servings of fried rice, That was delicious. I had their sweetand spicy sauce plus the hot sauce and both were good for dipping, especially if you like Spicy... to finish it off I had alarge bottle of their Mexican Coke(my fave). The Chicken is Cooked Fresh so becareful because it will be HOT, try Not to burnyourself. You can also eat there, small area, but enough space for a quick meal. The attendant was very nice. I came to pick up my order maybe 15-30 minutes later than when they were done preparing it and they had my over $4 fry box open... and I mentioned it and the person at the register was defensive and saying they left the styrofoam box open so the fries don'tget soggy. She said it was ok, because it was in a warmer, but I attempted to ask for a new box and either she didn't hear me orshe didn't care. She handed me my meal of fried noodles and large order of fries. I took it but I was not happy. This is the fluseason and, hello, COVID-19!!! The noodles tasted horrible especially since I paid almost $10 for it. It was spicy, but not ingood way. More like let's make it spicy so the customer doesn't notice that the meal has no taste. So, in conclusion my noodleswere spicy but tasteless and my fries were left open in a warmer. Whats not to like about over 12 pieces of crispy hot tempura style juicy fat chicken tenders and a large panda express plate... sized portion of fried rice for only $14~~? This is one of those real cheap places that you for sure would get a craving for!Rice was pretty meh, was pretty buffet styley. Their sauces are buffalo and some chinese red sweet sauce. The rice and egg rolls were NASTY. The fried Chicken was very good. The chicken in the rice was undercooked and had no taste to... it at all. The beef in the rice taste like smoke.
